At AIR-serv we manufacture, install, maintain and secure our machines at no cost to the retailer. With the AIR-serv revenue share and rental programmes for Air, Vac and Jet wash, our partners are never subjected to expensive call-out, labour and parts charges! AIR-serv cover all of these in the deal, leaving you to focus on the profit. In some cases we even cover the cost of the wash chemicals, screen wash and machine fragances!.

AIR-serv understand the importance of keeping our machines running – a machine that is out of action is a machine that is not generating all important revenue.
Our machines are supported by our team of over 70 field based engineers, who have a 97.8% first time fix rate. We monitor machine usage with IT dashboards, so we can pro-actively advise a customer when there is no spending activity and send an engineer as required.

Norman's story
Graham joined AIR-serv as a trainee engineer back in 2005 completing his certifications and is now a senior field engineer working from his home in Warrington covering an area of around 25 miles radius.
"I've always been a mechanical kind of guy having worked as a mechanic before switching to AIR-serv as a field engineer as I really like being out on the road meeting different people. I cover an area that's less than half an hour's drive from my house which is great and I look after about 70 forecourts and around 150 machines. I've got a great rapport with everyone at all the sites, we have a laugh and it's brilliant to see how happy they are when I fix any issues quickly. I’ve got to say that AIR-serv is a great place to work and I’d recommend it highly."
